Visit the Library
Drop in and talk to our friendly toy library coordinators. They will help you fill out the membership form and walk you through the borrowing process. Remember to bring your Health Care Card if applying for a concession discount.
Step 3.
Join & Start Borrowing
Pay your membership fee and the refundable $70 duty bond via EFTPOS. Your account will be activated on the spot, and your kids can pick out their very first batch of toys to take home immediately!

How long can we keep the toys?

Standard loans last for 3 weeks, and you can easily renew your items online if you need more time.
How do the volunteer hours and refundable bond work?

As a community non-profit, we keep fees incredibly low by sharing the workload. Members can contribute with just 5 hours per year (usually split into two 2.5 hour shifts). It’s an easy, rewarding way to see new inventory and meet other local parents.
Once your 5 hours are completed, your $70 bond is fully refunded or rolled over to your next year of membership.
What happens if my child loses or breaks a piece?

We know life with kids gets hectic! If a piece goes missing, you can simply extend your loan to find it. If it’s truly gone, there is a minor, stress-free $5 fee to help us repair or adjust the set. We will refund the fee if you find it down the track!
Do I need to clean the toys before returning them?

Yes, please! To keep our community safe, healthy, and hygienic, we ask all members to wipe down or wash toys before bringing them back so they are completely clean and ready for the next family to enjoy.
