🧸 Borrowing Our Toys

The toy library runs similar to a book library. Follow these simple steps to borrow our toys:

Step 1.
Browse & Borrow

Visit the library during opening hours to explore our range. Select your toys and present them at the desk for checkout.

Step 2.
Count the Pieces at Home

Sometimes toy pieces go missing! Before the kids start playing, open the bag or box and check the pieces against the list on the label.

If you discover missing pieces that is not listed, email us and we will make a note on your account so you don't get blamed for it!

Step 3.
Clean & Pack

Prior to returning, give them a quick clean. Gather all the pieces and count them against the label to ensure that nothing is left behind.

Step 4.
Returns

Hand your toys directly to one of our volunteers at the front desk during open hours. They will check them back into the toy library.

⚠️ Please don’t leave toys on the outside porch as they can be stolen or damaged. There is no after hours slot, so please return toys during opening hours.

Need more time? Extend it online!

If your kids aren't ready to say goodbye to a toy yet, log into the Members Portal. You can renew most toys for another 3 weeks.

Note that high-demand or very large outdoor toys can’t be extended so that everyone gets a turn.

We charge a small late fee if items are overdue to make sure popular toys keep moving. However, if the library is officially closed on the day your toys are due, you won't be charged.
